Strange Error on my Backup….

i have an problem with BackWPup plugin v. free
after I made an backup i receive this error message:

[10-apr-2015 07:01:54] Restart after 48 seconds.
[10-apr-2015 07:07:55] WARNING: Job restarts due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes.
[10-apr-2015 07:08:05] 3. Trying to create backup archive …
[10-apr-2015 07:22:33] WARNING: Job restarts due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes.
[10-apr-2015 07:22:33] ERROR: Step aborted: too many attempts!
[10-apr-2015 07:22:33] 1. Trying to check database …

and after all ok….

what is the problem?
Some php function not supported of my platform or an error into plugin ?
