Strange files showing in WordPress folders

I’m trying to revive website which exceeds bandwidth limit within minutes.
I noticed that weird files are created in the root folder of the website.[ SNIP! ]
There are no cron jobs in the cPanel at all.
Checked the plugins and the theme of the website and they are all native free WordPress plugins.
Changed both cPanel and WP passwords.Can the DB be hacked to do this?
Any guide or thought are well appreciated.

Don’t share those file contents, the content is not important and may get less cautious volunteers into real trouble with malware samples.
The important detail is that your site was compromised and the attacker was able to write files and possibly to the database.
Please remain calm and give this a good read.
