strange gibberish in admin panel

  • Hi All.
    I have no idea where this came from, but at the top of any page I enter in the admin panel, there is a red bar followed by some strange gibberish. I might of appeared after I loaded a downloaded w3 total cache preset *.php file. Do any of you have any idea how I could get rid of it? I would have added a photo but I don’t know how to ??

    Please help..

    Remove the file (reversing how you added it).
