Strange how support is NONE EXISTANT when latest release was only weeks ago!

Can you please answer your support man? there are a few posts now describing the issues i have tested for and mentioned numerous times now, without any answers on when these issues will be fixed or if ever?
come on dude why release a plugin and offer no support, i understand you released this plugin for free but that was your choice! if you offered a premium version of this plugin i would have no problem paying a few dollars for it but would at least expect the issues to be addressed and support replied to.
come on man let us know something at least please.
