I have this strange issue on the website with google translation. This is bilingual English/Arabic site. When website translation is used the item price changes and it is changed in cart as well! This happens when site is loaded in Arabic and user decides to use chrome’s google translator to switch to english. Another strange thing is that it happened to only one product priced at QAR 925.00. Which changed to QAR 95.00. And it seems to have gone away after client changed the product price to another number!

PS: Am not sure where to actually report to this strangeness here, chrome support or somewhere else

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @vemman! ??

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins and enable only WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action causing the issue
    • If you’re not seeing the same behavior after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

Reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, go on and reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

      Thanks.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Cheers!
