Strange issue on “On Hold Order” email

  • Hey,

    I have an issue and i’m not sure what do to here. When a new order is added the user gets the “Customer On Hold Order” email but the email has some issues.

    If you check the image in the link above, on top it’s the plugin costumize tool where everything looks fine. On bottom is the actual email the user got. As you can see the product details image is getting a strange square above and some not intented text. Can this be maybe a conflict with another plugin?

    + note: This only happens, for what i checked so far, in the “Customer hold on order” email. I completed the order, user got an “Customer Completed Order” and everything looked fine.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The images seem to be broken on the actual email sent. One of the reasons is that those images are not publicly accessible. On the other hand, it is possible that a plugin is causing the issue. If you have a caching or optimization plugin that lazy loads images, try to disable that first and check if the images will be fixed on the actual email.

    I disabled the lazy loading plugin and it everything looks fixed now. Thank you so much for the support.
