Strange issue when activating

    First of all congratulations for the best cache plugin.
    Now in more than 40 sites we use that excellent plugin.

    So… we face a strange issue only at one site.
    When we do activate the plugin everything breaks.
    The strange issue is that we use it everywhere without a problem.
    Only at one site we face that.

    Any suggestions?
