Strange issue with order details

  • Hi,
    really hope you can help us.
    We did just install the plugin and tried a test deleting a single order from our woocommerce site.
    The order got deleted but now, we have a strange bug:
    we can’t see the products contained into our order.
    We can see the total and the notes, but not the products :\

  • Same issue for me. Looks like usernames and product details are all gone.

    Hi team, there’s a known issue in the most recent Plugin release for WP so hit the update button within Dashboard > Updates and update both WordPress and WooCommerce and see if this persists.

    (In my own case the Admin Orders screen was showing empty until I applied the new updates)

    The issue still persists. I had the same issue with a blank order screen yesterday until I updated. It seems as though part of my product data is gone with this plugin, however.

    Wordpress Version: 5.0.2
    Woocommerce Veresion: 3.5.3
