I’m having an issue with my plugin that I just updated.

I just applied an update from 1.1 to 1.1.1. My SVN repo is accurate, and my plugin page is correctly seeing the 1.1.1 version. If I download it there I get the 1.1.1.zip file that I expect to get.

In my WordPress admin panel, though, it’s seeing the update, but when I do the auto-update from there it’s download 1.1.zip instead of 1.1.1.zip. It completes and says it updates successfully, but then I’m stuck at the 1.1 version and it doesn’t really update. The plugins page just continues to show me that a 1.1.1 update is available.

When applying the update it shows me this download URL: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/paypal-for-woocommerce.1.1.zip. If I add the extra 1 on the end of that it downloads fine, so everything seems to be working except that the WP admin updater is grabbing the wrong zip file.

Any idea what’s going on here? I’m kinda freakin out because I don’t want people to think my plugin is broken, and they need to be able to apply my update, of course. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Ok, well, after stressing out here for the last 30 min or so it seems to have suddenly kicked in and started working like it should. Is this something that happens often? This was my first experience with it for sure. I tried numerous times and it kept grabbing my old version, but now it seems ok.
