    Hi there,

Thanks for the great plugin. I was searching around the support tickets but never came across the issue I’m running into. I am using the ‘Login’ page to display a form with the standard two iput field: username and password. But when I type in my username it is as if the letter ‘m’ on my keyboard isn’t working (it is working on other sites and forms though) and it is occasionally, so one time it works, the other time it doesn’t work. I’ve tried it in several browsers and computers but the issue still exists… Is this an issue you encountered before? Thanks in advance!

By the way this is the page : https://brand-boost.nl/klanten/embraceyourpower/wordpress/login/

The letter M surely works for me at that URL…

Ok thanks for your reply. I can understand that it’s difficult to check what the issue is causing if you can’t see it yourself but believe me, it’s there. Both my client and me are seeing the issue on a daily basis and it is very frustrating. Have you tried several times by refreshing and coming back to the form? Because as I said before sometimes it works, and other times it doesn’t.

Do you have any idea where this issue is caused and how I can fix this? Thanks in advance ??

Interesting. I tried it again, and sure enough, “m” doesn’t work. That is, it doesn’t work until you actually click the field. Not sure what would cause such bizarre behavior. Must be some other script.

I fixed this issue! There was a conflict with a background video in the pagebuilder from the Divi theme I am using. When I changed the video to a background image or color the form worked perfectly again!
