Strange letters…

Suddenly one day my swedish letters for ?, ? and ? changed into some strange letters (h+a-?nt s+a-? should be h?nt s?). I have searched trough the forum but not find anything that seams to solve this problem, tried different types of encodings in the options-reading settings however without success!!! ??
Please help me out!
