When I view [ redundant link removed ] on my iPhone, I get a line break after “from Charlotte, NC to the” and before “Washington, DC area.” The problem doesn’t occur on my desktop browser, and I don’t see any clue in the code as to the cause. Any idea what’s causing this problem? It’s an older theme that the developer no longer supports (Canvas by Woo themes), which is why I’m hoping someone here can help. Thanks!

  • There is a margin for the block with the image, and the word Washington is too big to fit in there, so it is put after the image causing a big white space. You can put a soft hyphen in the word (looks like ) to indicate where to break the word if needed, but you might have to change the CSS to tell the browser to try to do hyphens.

Ah, great catch—thank you very much @joyously! I just dropped “Washington” and called it the DC area. Looks perfect now. Thanks again!
