strange link behavior in Safari 7 and Chrome

After updating to Mavericks and Safari 7, I am getting some strange link behavior on my site. When moused over, linked text and images are jumping around, making it difficult if not impossible to click the link. I have tried disabling plugins to no avail. Site works fine on Firefox and on earlier versions of Chrome and Safari. Theme is WPFolio Two. Some (but not all) other sites using this theme are exhibiting similar behavior.
