Strange link on my blog – help please.

I’ve started getting a strange link appear intermittently just above the HOME link on my blog https://www.wildlifeinpixels.net/blog/

I did a screen grab of the link here indicated by red arrow https://wildlifeinpixels.net/somareece1.jpg

and if you click the link it redirects to a jonnyvegas.ca 404 page – screen grab here https://wildlifeinpixels.net/somareece2.jpg

Has anyone got any idea what this is please?
