Strange links in my index?

  • When I right-click my website click on (view page source) I find strange links that I didn’t really insert to my page, I checked my site with https://www.unmaskparasites.com/security-report/ and it showed that I have external suspicious links:

    [Spam links removed. Please do not post such links here.]
    Any idea what should I do or how they possibly got in my site?
