    Hi all,

    I set up an event.
Already 30 people registered without any problem.
Now somebody tried to register and when he pushed the ‘Submit’ button He got the message “you are a bad boy” instead of “you booking has been registered”.

He sent me the screenshot (so it is true). I made the same registration with his details and then it worked (from my PC).

    Is this a bug,….?
    please comment.
    Many thanks
    Xtiaan

He’s probably blocking some cookies or refreshing the screen or so.
I use the wordpress “nonce” for this, so if it works for you and not for him, you should let him demonstrate it starting with a fresh browser.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the swift answer.
What application generates that message “You are a bad boy”?
If it can be made more informative and less offensive that would be nice…. ??

    What is WordPress Nonce??

EME generates that message when the wordpress nonce doesn’t match the expected value. Unfortunately making it more informative would allow hackers to get a clue …
It is a unique string generated based on the event id to be sure people don’t try to do anything weird.
    Read about nonces here:

Edit: of course I could change it to “You’re not allowed to do this. If you believe you’ve received this message in error please contact the site owner.”

In the next version the more “friendly” message will be returned.
