Strange mistake don’t know where the mistake is

    Hi
    on our site we sell products that can be downloaded, which are sold by several vendors.
    after the customer has successfully paid, but the product link is not sent, and in the download page is also unable to download files.

    and admin cannot grant download access permission to customers when updating orders,
    unless the admin edits that product by adding another file in the woocommerce download section. The new admin can grant download access permissions to customers

    strangely only part of the product that happens like that.
    if the customer chooses the standard paypal payment everything goes well.

    I checked the product there were no errors or the file in the Woocommerce download section existed and was the same as other products uploaded by other vendors.
    and not all products from that vendor have an error, only part of the product.

    Hi @arwah12!

    Sorry to learn about the problem with downloads when using PayPal Checkout. This is a common problem when the Instant Payment Notification isn’t working. I would recommend working through the steps here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/#why-dont-customers-see-the-link-to-download-products-after-paying-and-getting-redirected-back-to-my-website

    What if the paying customer with a debit card that is not linked to PayPal?
    Previously there was also an error when payment was made with a debit card that was not linked to PayPal, so the product could not be downloaded.

    Did you run into such issues recently? Do you have logs of such issues by any chances? If not could you enable debugging by following the instructions here. And get back to us with the logs when you encounter this same error again so that we can look into this and help you further on the next steps.
