Strange notification on WOO Admin

Hi there! ??

Does anyone know why this would pop up?

It appears they are the default feedback request notifications, one sees when using the WooCommerce dashboard.

They can be safely be closed using the X icon ot their right -within the notification itself.

It is very annoying to always have to close this. Is there anyway to disable this? Thanks
