Strange page id and 404 erros

Hi,
I’m noticing some strange url in google webmaster such as https://getandroidstuff.com/page/61/?attachment_id=pvzqxzse

There are more pages like this which creating 404 errors to some posts with page number at the end. When i checked the source i noticed that yoast seo plugin adds canonical url with strange page number at the end likehttps://getandroidstuff.com/arena-doom-android-download-game-v101/page/61/ which cause 404 errors

Any idea, please?
