Strange permalink issue with pages – renders 404

I’m having some issues with a couple of pages on my site, such as Articles and Videos with permalinks of /articles/ and /videos/

Each page having it’s own custom page template, that’s assigned in the page editor.

The https://alwaysbluff.com/videos/ link works absolutely fine, loads the custom template and all is well.

https://alwaysbluff.com/articles/ renders a 404 error, while it’s set up exactly like the Videos page.

It’s very bizarre, and I’m banging my head against the desk over here trying to figure out what’s happening. My .htaccess has nothing custom in it, just the standard WordPress rules

I also have a custom permalink set for posts which is:
/poker/%category%/%postname%/

Looking forward forward to any input on this…am willing to pay someone savvy in this area for support, since it’s kind of urgent :-\
