strange photo problem with related content

Hi – I’m having a really strange problem. When I was setting up my website, I used various photos during the testing phase. I have since deleted those photos from my wordpress Media Library. But when I activate the Related Content module of Shareaholic, one of those photos shows up as being associated with one of my pages. Any idea what might be causing this and how I can fix it?

FYI – I’ve tried clearing my browser cache, I cleared my wesbite cache using the Quick Cache plugin, and I cleared widget caches using WP Widget Cache plugin. None of these solved the problem.
