Recently I’m getting requests with this pattern:

    GET /<page-slug>/+[PLM=0][N]+GET+http:/<my.site>/<page-slug>/+[0,41163,41615]+-%3E+[N]+POST+http:/<my.site>/wp-comments-post.php+[R=500][0,0,3250]

I guess that these probably are not dangerous, since they are (mostly) ending up as 404s. However, is there a way for NinjaFirewall (or a setting) to keep these completely out, so that my lovely 404 log won’t get spoiled?

I didn’t find too much information on this type of attack or spam. Maybe this here is of some help.

    Thanks
    Tom

    Hi,

That looks like a spambot going crazy.
Unless you configure it not to do it, your HTTP server will always log the error and NinjaFirewall cannot prevent this.
