Hi,

I don’t really get what is happenning…
The plugin doesn’t seem to properly load, since it doesn’t have the normal appearence. But something is displayed anyway, not the normal module, but a file selector anyway…

When disabling the plugin, the shortcode displays instead of being executed, so it seems this file selector is generated by the plugin.

The attachments aren’t sent with the emails, but the user message says everything worked fine.

I’m kinda lost here, any insight ?

There are javascript/css assets was not loaded properly.

See these:

Make sure to check and load those assets in order for the plugin to work.

1. Fix javascript error on your theme – see this ( https://snipboard.io/kDF8HG.jpg )

2. add this in your wp-config.php

define( ‘WPCF7_LOAD_JS’, true );

3. Try to check if there’s any other plugin for Contact Form 7 – try to deactivate it.

Please let me know.

Oh, yes, I didn’t notice something : JS had been disabled for Contact form 7 using the “add_filter( ‘wpcf7_load_js’, ‘__return_false’ );” directive in functions.php…

It had been disabled because when using it with Javascript, the contact form doesn’t work : nothing happends when trying to send the message, with this error message :
TypeError: e.wpcf7.parent.querySelector(…) is null.

This error seems to be related to the vanilla Contact form 7 extention, and not your plugin (the error is still there when disabling your plugin, and the Conditionnal fields plugin).

So, I guess I’ll have to go to the Contact form 7 support forum to seek for an answer ? thanks anyway !
