strange plugin DOCS related with jetpack (malware?)

and now I hope this forum is better place to find help.in brief:
I have 6 wp.org blogs hosted on my server. 5 of them are connected to wordpress.com using jetpack. After this in my /wp-content/plugins/ directory was created strange plugin DOCS (its hidden in wp.org dashboard, but showed in wp.com dashboard). When I delete it (or rename), its renew after few minutes. After few days in main file of this plugin is generating long strange code.

whats this? Is this malware? or its created by jetpack to establish connection with wp.com? why I cant delete it?
Please help.
