Strange position of opening page

  • When a page opens (after clicking on one item of the menu bar for example). The beginning of the page is not shown on the screen, but the middle part of the body section.

    I deactivated all plugins and changed also the theme (to Twenty Twelve), but the issue still remais.

    How can I manage it, that the beginning of the page (first Header then body) is visible to the visitor?
