Strange Post that does not appear in search

I have a strange post. It’s accessible via the URL https://flying.chrisdixon.net/?p=228
It’s dated the 1st March 2012, but does not appear when selecting the March 2012 post history from the dropdown. It also contains the word SOLO, but does not appear when searching for the word SOLO in the search box.

This all seems rather strange. Am I missing something?
