  • Thanks for the report. I was able to replicate this issue with Pictorico.

    I think the recommended minimum height in the Customizer’s Header area may actually be too short at 525px. I did some testing with images of various sizes and the blog page’s grid square was only filled if the original image was at least 590px high, not 525px.

    I’ll bring this to our developers to have a look at this and see about adjusting the recommended header image size in the Customizer. I’ll keep you posted here.

    Ah… I think I’ve figured out where the confusion likely lies. The header size that’s recommended in the Customizer is only for a default header – it’s not meant to be the recommended height for featured images that are displayed in the header area on single posts. I understand how this can be confusing, though, and will see if we can make that clearer somehow.

    Going with featured images that are at least 590px high in the meantime should fill the grid on the blog page.
