Strange problem when activating Woocommerce

Hi,
Thank you for supporting this great plugin,

I have a strange problem when activating Woocommerce on localhost
The plugin was active before and I was disabled it for a while,

But now when I activate it, I get a browser message of:
This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

I disabled all other plugins, used WP default themes, enabled error log, debug , …
I just get this error in error_log:

I deleted all woocommerce tables, options records, cron items
Nothing helped
The plugin can’t activate

PS: I deleted all comments and all posts were as a product post type
Now when I activate the plugin, the same error displays and no error message create in error_log !!!
I think there is a database records problem is there
