Strange Red Rectangle After Updating From 5.1.8 to 5.2.1

The red rectangle looks like it was going to display an error but didnt or is hidden. Any CSS that may be hiding it?

I have this too on a couple of client sites.

It looks like WPCF7 doesn’t work well with WP 5.5…
