[NSFW] Strange redirect when accessing wp-admin

When I go to the main page of my wordpress site it loads normally.

But when I go to the wp-admin page I get error 404.

The url reported in the browser is:

https://mydomain.com/~mydomain/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fmydomain.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

instead of https://mydomain.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fmydomain.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

so I don’t understand where this part of the URL is coming from:

https://mydomain.com/~mydomain

I checked the site links in the db options tables and they are correct.

I’ve checked the .htaccess and placed only the basic WP code there. No other redirects.

I can’t see why the system is doing this only for the wp-admin page.
