    Hello!

There are many pages with phone models titles. Like Samsung Galaxy S20.

When I search “Samsung Galaxy S20, “Samsung Galaxy”, “Galaxy S20” it shows relevant pages in live search results. But when I search “Samsung S20” it shows no results.

    General options – Behavior:

Show exact matches only? – On
and match fields against the search phrase – Anywhere
    Keyword (phrase) logic? – OR

Can you help me with this problem?

    Hi,

Thank you for the details, it helps a lot!

The exact matches is likely the problem here. The phrase “Samsung S20” does not match the title “Samsung Galaxy S20” as it is not a substring of it.
Turning OFF the Show exact matches only??option will resolve the issue.

    All the best,
    Ernest

    Thank you for quick reply!

When I turn OFF the Show exact matches only??option it shows much more results but the most relevant (with Samsung S20 words) not on the top of this list, not visible. It shows another Samsung search results first.

    My ordering options are following:

    Primary ordering – Relevance
    Secondary ordering – Relevance

I changed Keyword (phrase) logic? from OR to AND

Now it looks like working fine.
