Strange Subject in E-Mails

My booking E-Mails have a subject like this:
Subject: =?us-ascii?Q?=3D=3FUTF-8=3FB=3FWW91ciBib29raW5nIHJlcXVlc3Qga?= =?us-ascii?Q?GFzIGJlZW4gYXBwcm92ZWQ=3D=3F=3D?The body has no problems. PHP-Mailer is 6.1.6, WordPress is the newest version. WordPress itself sends me notifications mainly about upgrades without scrambled subject.

Its 20.24 of Booking Calender. PHP is 7.4.
After some playing around, it changed the subject to:
=?UTF-8?B?WW91ciBib29raW5nIHJlcXVlc3QgaGFzIGJlZW4gYXBwcm92ZWQ=?=which is base64 with prefix for UTF8. Which software does the base64 encoding?
