First of all, I love your plugin! Works brilliantly on all the sites I deploy it on. However, on this latest installation, it’s rendering a strange bit of text underneath the slider: ” /] I’ve tried troubleshooting mode, switching off all other plugins etc, but the problem persists. As soon as I deactivate SS, the ” /] disappears. The site is running the very latest version of Avada theme and I’ve added the slider using the Avada Builder element. Any ideas? The site is currently under construction so is behind a maintenance plug in – when I hear back from you I can deactivate it so that you can see the issue. Tested in Safari, Chrome, Firefox and iOS and error persists in all.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

OK – looks like it’s the Wrap/No Wrap option in the Column general options in Avada. Set the holding column that contains the Slider to Wrap and the anomaly appears. Switch it to No Wrap and it’s gone.

    Hi @dantee!

I checked this on my testsite where I have an older Avada, and for me there weren’t any unneeded characters appearing with Wrap (nor with No Wrap). I think their new version might contains a bug and that causes this problem. When you are using Avada Builder, you are actually creating shortcodes for the page’s content. Within these shortcodes, our integration creates a shortcode like this for a slider:

    [fusion_smartslider3 slider="4248" /]

So there are the ” /] characters in the end, but this shortcode isn’t made by us. This shortcode seems to get messed up in your case, that some extra parameter might be added to it in the wrong place.

    If you contact us here:

I can confirm, if this is something Avada would need to fix, or if there is an issue with our integration.
