Strange: The text "will be" disappears

  • I’ve never seen anything like this before.

    Every time I write the words “will be” that is part of a line of text on a page, when I publish the page, the text “will be” disappears, but the rest of the text is there.
    If I put the words “will be” on a separate line, without any other text, then the words will print OK when I publish the page.

    Has anyone seen this problem before?

    I’m using the WP 2010 theme (weaver version)
