    Some of my users get billed twice during a subscription with woocommerce. Cannot figure out why this happens and i cannot find the double payments (order numbers). Strange…. Anybody here who can take a look?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that you are experiencing issues with users being billed twice for their subscriptions?

    Please could you clarify which plugin you are currently using for your subscriptions?

    In order to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your sites System Status, which you can find via?WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’.

    Could you be using the ‘WooCommerce Subscriptions’ extension for your recurring subscriptions?
