Strange wp-dp.php / Header Errors! Cannot log in!

I am so frustrated bc I have no idea what’s going on. I have been working on it none stop trying to get my woocommerce set up and adding some products, and out of the blue the other day I was getting some weird error messages and then my website wouldn’t work at all. After googleling a header error, it seemed common, but since I know nothing about code I wasn’t sure how to fix it, but I opened the wp-dp.php file and found an extra empty row at the end of the file. Deleted it, and reuploaded it and that seemed to do the trick and I could see and log back into the site. Then today mid day, it pops up a new series of wp-dp.php file error referring to the same line like before but this time with different reasons why it’s not working. For the last 24 hrs though before the error popped up, the site wp-admin portion of the site would completely stop working after so many saves or refreshes and i’d have to restart my whole computer to get it to work. I have no clue what’s going on or how to fix it, and i’m so frustrated. Please can someone help!

NOW i can’t log in and it said these new errors to me after trying.
