Stream Not Found on Videos that Used to Play

    Hello, every once in a while .flv files that used to play now display the message “200, Stream not found…”

    The files are still there. I think that maybe the files have gone corrupt, so I upload new versions. Still no luck.

    This really only happens to files over 25 MB, which I upload via ftp and then insert into the media library by using the plugin “Add From Server”

    My theme is Mantra.
