    The last paragraph should read:

I also noticed that now through the browser there will be the loading white circle spinning for multiple minutes and the blue cloud splash screen will not come up to start the video. After several browser refreshes, it will then load properly. Is this on my web server’s end?

Is it something to do with this? https://s3.amazonaws.com/s3bubble.assets/flash/s3bubble.rtmp.swf

Sorry for all the updates. Really trying to get this to work before moving to a different product.

I noticed when inspecting the code this is what is on my website using the most current plugin:
    *****————————–
    <div id="query_jplayer_56b134dd4d28d" class="s3bubble-media-main-jplayer" style="width: 100%; height: 350.438px;"><img id="jp_poster_0" style="width: 100%; height: 350.438px; display: none;"><object id="jp_flash_0" name="jp_flash_0" data="https://s3.amazonaws.com/s3bubble.assets/flash/s3bubble.rtmp.swf" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="1" height="1" tabindex="-1"><param name="flashvars" value="jQuery=jQuery&id=jquery_jplayer_56b134dd4d28d&vol=0.8&muted=false"><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"><param name="bgcolor" value="#000000"><param name="wmode" value="opaque"></object></div>
    *****————————–
versus the RTMP example on your website (https://s3bubble.com/rtmp-streaming-example-s3bubble-wordpress-plugin/)
    *****————————–
    <div id="jquery_jplayer_56b1352c4547b" class="s3bubble-media-main-jplayer" style="width: 100%; height: 454.5px;"><img id="jp_poster_0" style="width: 100%; height: 454.5px; display: inline;" src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/s3bubble.cloudfront.example/Orion_SM.jpg?response-content-type=image%2Fjpeg&AWSAccessKeyId=AKIAIHSEX5ZA6DUXT56Q&Expires=1454457602&Signature=9XkV4y3UdaEqn22OInHRTQ2tmIQ%3D"><object id="jp_flash_0" name="jp_flash_0" data="https://s3.amazonaws.com/s3bubble.assets/flash/s3bubble.rtmp.swf" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="1" height="1" tabindex="-1" style="width: 0px; height: 0px;"><param name="flashvars" value="jQuery=jQuery&id=jquery_jplayer_56b1352c4547b&vol=0.8&muted=false"><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"><param name="bgcolor" value="#000000"><param name="wmode" value="opaque"></object></div>

It looks like the jquery_player is different. Could this be the issue? Please help.

    Hi ziophantus,

Really sorry for the late reply i know you must be frustrated i apologies i am really struggling to keep on top of support all by myself.

I am not sure if you have already done this but can you send me a link to your current player with the example so i can check your setup to see if another plugin is conflicting with it.

    Best Regards

No worry Sam. Understandable. I went with another solution at this time. I’ll check back at a later date and see if S3Bubble will work for me (as the solution was cheaper than my current solution). Thanks for all your help!

ziophantus, what was the other “solution” you went with and how is it working for you so far?

With the latest update (03.17.2016) (version 2.4) videos do not play on mobile devices. Even the video @https://s3bubble.com/rtmp-streaming-example-s3bubble-wordpress-plugin/ doesn’t play on my several mobile devices. (So the problem cannot be about my setup.)

Any others having the same problem?

@flipper34 let me look into this.

Can you start a new topic please.
