    Hello,

    A customer from Canada paid a few times, but still failed, the error shows: The zip code you supplied failed validation, I checked the back-end, find street check and zip check failed, but he told me this is correct, he paid successfully with this information on other site.

    It is important that the customer gives the exact ZIP code they have on their credit/debit card so that Stripe can verify the ownership of the card and process the payment. Without validating this information the payment will fail in Stripe.

    I will suggest asking your customer to use the correct ZIP code so that they can proceed with the payments.

    I have checked your WooCommerce Payments account and I can see that customers are able to complete the payment for most orders.

    It is possible to disable ZIP code validation on your WooCommerce Payments account. Let us know if you would like to disable this feature from your account and we will be happy to help.
