After testing it on your site yesterday, I spent most of the day taking another look at how the plugin handles the address component models for various countries. I did a lot of testing with many different countries and revamped the plugin’s javascript to parse address components better.

I just released version 2 of the plugin which should work perfectly for you now. Update it and give it a try. Please let me know how it goes.
