Stretch .navbar-nav > li > a evenly across the top of the page

    Could someone help me stretch the nav bar (.navbar-nav > li > a ) across the pages of my website:

    Right now I am just using px padding to spread it across, but I was hoping there might be a way to spread it evenly depending on the size of the display
