You seem to have a different lightbox plugin that is interfering with Photonic. You have selected PhotoSwipe as your lightbox for Photonic, but that is not taking effect because the other plugin is applying itself to Photonic’s galleries – it seems to be defining a maximum width of 250px for images without scaling, and that is causing the issue.
The probable culprit is the Flickr Album Gallery plugin (note that with Photonic you can show your Flickr galleries too).
Another cause for the error is potentially a JavaScript error that you see on the console. That may be causing your Flickr plugin to halt execution.
I would suggest starting by disabling the other plugin – let me know how it goes.
