Stretched Section Image Flicker

Has anyone found a solution to the loading flicker for stretched image sections? Most pages on my website have a hero header image and every time the page loads it flickers for a second showing the image at a smaller size, then stretching. This doesn’t happen on my home page, but happens on all the others, no idea why it’s any different. It’s getting really frustrating because Elementor is aware of the issue but offers no solutions. It looks really unprofessional.
