Strict Standard error message.

  • Catlist is working … ie it’s producing the list I request but every page it is used on displays:
    “Strict Standards: call_user_func() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, non-static method ListCategoryPosts::catlist_func() should not be called statically in …/WP/wp-includes/shortcodes.php on line 273”
    at the top of the page. Can you tell me what’s going on? Based on the all the post here in the last few weeks it doesn’t look like anyone else is experiencing this.

    NO. But I’m not sure it’s still a problem. The sites that were having the problem are all in disarray. I started tearing down and rebuilding them several months ago and things came up that have kept me from finishing the job. Where Catlist is being used on the live parts I don’t see that problem happening anymore. I think the issue involves incompatibility of certain plugins. I may no longer be using whatever plugin was interfering but i’ve no idea which one it was.
