String for Ultimate Member delete account description not translating

    Hello Support,

    We are using the Ultimate Member plugin with our website and we have been able to successfully translate almost all the strings associated to the plugin except for one.

    On the accounts page (Delete account tab), there is a short description text there that doesn’t translate to the other language. The string has been translated on the backend in Gettext strings section (https://paste.pics/NCG4C) but it’s not reflecting on the front page (https://paste.pics/NCG5N)

    Kindly advise on how we can resolve this. Thank you

    Hello there,

    You can translate it, but it appears like “%s” in the string list, you can translate it there, or you can go to TranslatePress Advanced Settings and exclude Gettext Strings in this way: Gettext String (%s) and Domain (ultimate-member). Make sure you save changes.

    Now, you should be able to select that string on the page to translate.

    It has been resolved. I didn’t see “%s” in the string list but the second suggestion to exclude the Gettext string worked!
