String in tables still in English after update whatever language is stelected

I can confirm that if the site language is changed – WooCommerce will stay in English.

Have you tried translation methods described in this support document yet?

yes, i have loco translate plugin, everything was working fine. I am not sure, but it could start after wordpress update. I have my language translations:
wp-content/languages/woocommerce
wp-content/languages/plugins
wp-content/languages/loco/plugins
wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/languages

Is it normal, that wordpress site language is set to Lithuanian, but when i make woocommerce system status, there is wriiten that site langauge is English:

I have other page, not eshop. Tried to install woocommerce and there is working translations fine, in woocommerce status shows LT language:

After some deeper digging I found an explanation on localize.biz:

WordPress 4.6 changed the rules and broke a lot of sites in the process. It used to allow authors to load their own translation files before the installed ones. It no longer does this, so if you have any translations installed in the WordPress languages folder, they will now be loaded instead (even if they're incomplete).

Please make sure there are no default translations in WooCommerce languages folder and your translations are stored in a custom folder:

I have in this folder my language translations. I have chekced and the main problem that woocommerce plugin “thinks” that wordpress language is english. Like i posted status info.

I tried to create to new english custom translations es_US with my language translations and it works!
So where could be the problem, that woocommerce to not “see” that wordpress language is changed in General settings?

I’m glad to hear you were able to translate your site again!

The problem with the newest WordPress version is that if there are any files in /wp-content/languages/ – those will be used instead.

Your workaround should also work after the future updates.
