String translation disabled

I can not enter any string translations. I mean this:
https://polylang.wordpress.com/documentation/setting-up-a-wordpress-multilingual-site-with-polylang/strings-translation/All checkboxes are disabled.
When I type something in and save, nothing has changed.
What’s wrong here?
