Strings Translation issue

in my strings i try us you told and i delete all the code in theme options and in widget.
I use and the string translation database cleaning but the box with code remain in my strings and the check box is not all have the possibility of change.

The widgets have the multilingual capabilities. Could you create one widgets per language, one for English and one for the Greek?
They will disappear from the Strings translation option, then try to resave your changes.

I see something new in strings now, if i try change under wordpress,widget,widgets strings he take the change and save. But if i continue the changes in theme string break all, and the last saves i have.

As Polylang is freely available, could you ask to your theme author to try to reproduce the bug with these theme’s strings?

The important is we know in this ticket that the issue has been confined only to my theme strings.
I will try to find solution and will post to yours support forum to help other users with similar problem.

Emood, you could try a quick solution to see if your theme is causing the issue. Change your theme to the wordpress 2015 default theme and see if you can save your string stranslations. If you are still having issues, then try to disable your other plugins 1 at a time to see which one might be interfering.
