strip_tags in wordpress, and

Hi everybody,

Does the_content() function used by wordpress erase the <table> tags?

My problem is :
I call the_content() function,

When i just put text, everythings is ok.

But if i put a table with something in, nothing is displayed… like if it strip_tags() my <table> tags…

Any ideas?
Must i rewrite the function the_content()????
