• Update : eventin developers have contacted me regardin this issue. They have released a new update to which has the stripe integration updated to handle 3d secure correctly. I can confirm this update has now allowed us to start taking payments again

    Have been using eventin pro for a couple of months now and been working well. However two weeks ago I realised that the stripe integration does not allow 3D secure. So lots of orders have started to fail as 3D secure is now compulsary.

    Support have been very slow. They acknowledged the issue straight away, but cannot give me a date or timescale on when this will be fixed.

    Support only seem to respond to you initial request via their website and do not reply to any additional replies via email.

    Not ideal for our business as I am now looking for an alternative solution while they fix this if at all.
